Chris has a background in industry and 25 years experience in the skills arena in public and private sectors. One of his core skill sets is designing coaching, training and development packages that are bespoke to business need and linked directly to business growth (ROI).
Chris is an organisational and people development specialist and works as an Executive Coach and Consultant for some of the biggest companies in the world.
He is entrepreneurial by nature, a natural Marketer and delivers a whole range of Coaching, Management & Leadership training and Sales training solutions for our clients.
He is qualified to a Masters Level in L&D, Management, and Coaching & ROI.
The expertise that Dean can call on is having been in the Finance Industry over the last 33 years. This includes domestic banking, consumer and corporate finance.
In the last 15 years he has been responsible for running the national operation for the French Bank, Societe Generale in their Asset and Leasing division, running a similar operation for Acuma/American Express in Personal & Corporate Finance, where he was also 'trained as a trainer', and ultimately Head of Training.
More recently, Dean has run a very successful IFA firm.
Dean is a communication and sales training specialist having worked across all types of sectors and is used to adapting his delivery style to the needs of the client.
He has a wide range of experience and loves the challenge of a difficult audience in any situation.
Mark Wordley is a Chartered Management Accountant and is responsible for our Results Driven Accounting services.
Mark started his career in the 1980s working within manufacturing and mining companies before moving into retail in 1992.
From 1994 until 2004 he was the Finance Director of a national retailer with turnover of £70m. He cites his most rewarding achievement as the establishment of a new financial services business, which delivered £10m turnover per annum.
Mark acts as a Trainer, Coach and Consultant in all areas of financial management and training and excels in this area and has a solution based approach to delivery in any aspect of the financial world.
Alan has a background as an Organisational Physiologist and has worked at HR Director level across companies in the both the private and the 3rd sector.
He is an HR generalist who has 30 plus years experience in all aspects of HR from setting up assessment centres, through to advising clients on all different aspects of HR.
Alan is used to working at a very strategic level and brings a different approach to issues faced by clients in this field.
Louise has a background in Professional Services and is a Coaching/Management and Leadership development specialist. She adopts a solution based approach to delivery, has trained across over 50 different sectors in the public, private and 3rd sectors and is used to developing people from Middle Managers through to Director Level. Louise has trained over 500 professional coaches in the last 3 years at RDT and is the L&D Director with the business
Louise is an L&D and OD expert and leads all of our Coaching programmes up to a Master’s level.
Louise has an ability to step inside your company, be a part of your team and understand the issues that you face on a daily basis. She always comes up with solutions in the training environment that will answer your needs.
Louise is qualified to a Master’s level in Coaching, Management and L&D.
Steve spent over 30 years in the Police Force in a variety of specialist roles and then went on to work in the private sector.
He is a communications skills' specialist and a very focused individual. Steve is always positive in any environment, has a great delivery style and comes across in a very professional manner.
He is flexible and versatile and can adapt to most situations. Steve is used to dealing with all types of audiences and always gets a positive outcome on the day.
Phil began his career in manufacturing and is a Health & Safety specialist, qualified to Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CMIOSH) level.
Phil has extensive experience in operational and logistics management which has led to a natural progression into health, safety and environmental management over recent years.
He has worked hard to establish a reputation for quality, value and service excellence and hs established quality client portfolio reflects the outcome of this approach.
Phil makes H&S Training interesting and enjoyable which deserves a commendation all on its own.
Anthony is an IT systems specialist and is capable of making complex systems work in very innovative ways.
He works in a coaching and consulting capacity with clients in the IT arena and has worked cross-sectorally in the public, private and 3rd sectors.
Anthony has a very good work ethic and is solid and reliable.
With a background in systems analysis and design Ben Woodthorpe is responsible for our Results Driven Systems Development services. A regional Step Award runner up, Ben has an Honours Degree in Information Systems Design. He employs a fresh and personable approach and has designed, implemented and supported a diverse range of systems
Ben’s experience and ability to reduce seemingly complicated situations into bite sized chunks enables the client to take an active role in the process. This collaborative approach to development ensures a system that is tailored to both the business requirements and the user needs ultimately resulting in an effective and accepted solution.
Dave is a driven and delivery focused learning and development professional who is a strong relationship builder and influencer.
He has a background from industry in catering and utilities and runs lots of RDT's major Coaching and Leadership development programmes at a Degree and Masters level which are all bespoke to client need.
Dave works across most sectors at all levels from team leaders through to senior directors.
He has high levels of enthusiasm and an attitude which will inspire any team.
He is a qualified and experienced executive level coach who contributes whole heartedly to the development of any individual, team or project delivery function.
David has worked in the training arena for 17 years concentrating on Management, Team Leading and Customer Service and more recently coaching. David has worked within a major UK University delivering staff development including ILM programmes up to level 7. He worked as an ILM external verifier for a number of years.
As a trainer David focuses on customer needs and can adapt the training provision to account for this. David is customer focused to deliver a quality intervention.
David is qualified to Masters level. Is a qualified trainer, assessor and internal verifier. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Science and Technology. David has 9 published and refereed Research papers.
A high quality professional trainer, facilitator, coach and accredited assessor and verifier with considerable experience of developing, delivering and assessing accredited leadership and management programmes to over 2000 participants.
Qualified to Masters level and a Fellow of both CMI and ILM, Mandy is a professional, positive individual who has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Commercially orientated with a proven ability to succeed in the design and delivery of High Impact Management, Leadership, Change Management, Coaching and Mentoring Programmes, meeting individual and organisational outcomes across a wide range of organisations in both the private and public sector.
Mandy has worked at a strategic level for the last 10 years in a number of roles and delivers leadership and management qualifications to ILM and CMI levels 3 through to 7. Mandy is also a qualified ILM and CMI Assessor and Verifier up to and including Level 7 qualifications, with substantial experience in setting and marking assignments.
Tina offers a range of people and management development expertise. She has a wealth of experience delivering one-to-one coaching and bespoke behavior development programmes, incorporating management, team development, and behaviour change, to leading global software and technology businesses, and local government organisations, where she also works on developing internal coaching capability.
In addition, since 2012, Tina has been designing, delivering, and assessing ILM Coaching & Mentoring and Leadership & Management courses, up to and including Level 7. Tina is a qualified Executive Coach (ILM Level 7 Certificate), holds an adult education qualification (PTLLS Award) and is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Prior to specialising as a consultant in the field of learning and development, Tina worked in business for 20 years, where she held a range of challenging roles mainly in sales and sales-management that culminated in a Board position.
Ady is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified Learning and Development professional specialising in digital. During his career he has developed learning initiatives in a varied range of organisations covering a broad spectrum of industries. He has experience creating and curating content, producing multimedia, delivering online learning programmes and supporting learning communities.
In his role at RDG, Ady is responsible for the design and development of all bespoke digital content for our client base across all sectors, ensuring that we embed a measurable ROI into all of our programmes, whether they be fully digital or blended.
Ady's passion is in connecting people with knowledge to bring about performance improvements using technology as an enabler where necessary.
