The concept of running team against team in competition for one or two days at a time really creates a different type of response to normal team building activities. Relationships are cast in stone as the teams have to live with each other and survive on a budget of £10 per person per day for food etc and they have to undertake all of their own cooking, cleaning, shopping etc whilst living in their houses.
