Chris Goodwin

Chris is the Managing Director and founding member of the Results Driven Group (RDG) and was fed up with other consultants and trainers saying they are all things to all men. He has now set up RDG which helps companies grow in all areas of business need.

Chris has a background in industry and 25 years experience in the skills arena in public and private sectors. One of his core skill sets is designing training and development packages that are bespoke to business need and linked directly to business growth.

Chris is an organisational and people development specialist and works as a Coach and Consultant for some of the biggest companies in the world.

He is entrepreneurial by nature, a natural Marketer and delivers a whole range of Management & Leadership and Sales Training solutions for our clients.

Dean Richards

The expertise that Dean can call on is having been in the Finance Industry over the last 33 years. This includes domestic banking, consumer and corporate finance.

In the last 15 years he has been responsible for running the national operation for the French Bank, Societe Generale in their Asset and Leasing division, running a similar operation for Acuma/American Express in Personal & Corporate Finance, where he was also 'trained as a trainer', and ultimately Head of Training.

More recently, Dean has run a very successful IFA firm.

Dean is a communication and sales training specialist having worked across all types of sectors and is used to adapting his delivery style to the needs of the client.

He has a wide range of experience and loves the challenge of a difficult audience in any situation.

Mark Wordley

Mark Wordley is a Chartered Management Accountant and is responsible for our Results Driven Accounting services.

Mark started his career in the 1980s working within manufacturing and mining companies before moving into retail in 1992.

From 1994 until 2004 he was the Finance Director of a national retailer with turnover of £70m. He cites his most rewarding achievement as the establishment of a new financial services business, which delivered £10m turnover per annum.

Mark acts as a Trainer, Coach and Consultant in all areas of financial management and training and excels in this area and has a solution based approach to delivery in any aspect of the financial world.

Alan Britton

Alan has a background as an Organisational Physiologist and has worked at HR Director level across companies in the both the private and the 3rd sector.

He is an HR generalist who has 30 plus years experience in all aspects of HR from setting up assessment centres, through to advising clients on all different aspects of HR.

Alan is used to working at a very strategic level and brings a different approach to issues faced by clients in this field.

Louise Gozzard

Louise has a background in Manufacturing and is a Management and Leadership development specialist. She adopts a solution based approach to delivery and has trained across over 50 different sectors in the public, private and 3rd sectors and is used to developed people from Team Leaders through to Director Level.

Louise has an ability to step inside your company and be a part of your team and understand the issues that you face on a daily basis. She always comes up with solutions in the training environment that will answer your needs.

Steve Parker

Steve spent over 30 years in the Police Force in a variety of specialist roles and then went on to work in the private sector.

He is a communications skills' specialist and a very focused individual. Steve is always positive in any environment, has a great delivery style and comes across in a very professional manner.

He is flexible and versatile and can adapt to most situations. Steve is used to dealing with all types of audiences and always gets a positive outcome on the day.

Steve Walker

Steve started off with a career in banking and has since worked in both the public and private sectors. He is now a business coach and IiP advisor and is used to working with companies of all sizes across over 100 different sectors.

Steve's main forte is organisational and people development; he is very strong on business development and is also and Executive Coach.

Tracy Nettleship

Tracy previously worked for Protocol Systems Limited, who provided IT services to the Protocol Group of companies. Protocol were market leaders in the provision of education services in the UK.

Having undertaken various roles, Tracy has many years of IT experience, enjoying over six years with Protocol Systems alone. Joining as a Team Leader, Tracy progressed to Product Manager, responsible for the development of core modules within a combined Student, HR and Payroll system for colleges in the USA and then progressed on to Operations Manager.

Tracy specialises in eCommerce and IT Training and is very adaptable when it comes to delivery of innovative IT solutions and Training. She trains and coaches clients from across a whole range of sectors.

Richard Gourlay

Richard had a successful career in business prior to becoming a professional strategic planning consultant in 2003.

He is a highly experienced marketing professional with a background in new product development, sales and relationship management, strategic and tactical marketing and as a director of a retail business.

Richard has an unparalleled ability to develop successful businesses giving them competitive advantage in new or existing markets. From market research and feasibility studies through business expansion, Richard delivers clear strategic competitive advantage to business owners.

He brings a depth of expertise to our clients, and provides an invaluable knowledge resource to firms seeking advice on developing their businesses and improving direction and profitability.

An energetic entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in setting up a number of other businesses through to the delivering of exit strategies for owners.

He is a driving force in making things happen for business entrepreneurs and he has a reputation for getting the right thing to happen at the right time.

Richard graduated with a Degree from Wye College/Imperial College London. He is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing as well as being a Strategy Blueprint Advisor

John McCay

John McCay is responsible for Results Driven Branding and has 19 years' experience working in the branding, design and advertising industry.

His experience is founded in corporate literature and annual reports where communication issues relevant to all stakeholders are key.

He has worked across many disciplines such as business to business, brand identity and loyalty communications. John is hands-on and believes that the client should benefit from a senior creative throughout the life of their project.

John is in the business because he has a drive and passion to deliver relevant brand communication that creates a positive difference to his client’s service offering.

John has achieved national Pro-Share awards for Annual Report design, and a Gold in the Annual Awards for Best Loyalty Campaign by Direct Response Magazine. Simply put, we pride ourselves on providing creative communication that works.

Joanne Godson

Joanne’s career in Human Resources spans over 15 years with time spent in both the public and private sector. She began her career in the Health Service, during which time she studied for her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification, graduating in 1993.

Joanne spent 5 years working in the private sector covering businesses in retail, warehousing and logistics and manufacturing prior to becoming a People Management Consultant in 2001, when she also successfully completed her assessment to become a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Working with clients of all sizes and from a variety of sectors, Joanne advises on the full range of people management issues, whether it be addressing a specific staffing issue, managing a HR or employment law related project or proactively introducing bespoke systems and processes that will assist businesses in ensuring that their people really are their greatest asset.

Joanne actively participated in the government consultation on the maternity and paternity rights legislation prior to its introduction as part of the Employment Act in 2002.

Mick Blood

Mick has a background in Project Management and is an Organisational Development Specialist and Marketer.

He has worked at an international level in the skills arena across a wide range of sectors and has a very analytical mind. Mick is very strong in situations of problem solving and is capable of coming up with innovative and creative solutions whether in the training or consulting environment.

Karen Ondrak-Wright

Karen has had a career in the finance and service sectors and is now a Key Account Manager and Telesales coach with RDG.

She is very confident in this arena, excels in the use of the telephone and helps clients overcome their nervousness when undertaking telesales training.

Phil Wass

Phil began his career in manufacturing and is a Health & Safety specialist, qualified to Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CMIOSH) level.

Phil has extensive experience in operational and logistics management which has led to a natural progression into health, safety and environmental management over recent years.

He has worked hard to establish a reputation for quality, value and service excellence and hs established quality client portfolio reflects the outcome of this approach.

Phil makes H&S Training interesting and enjoyable which deserves a commendation all on its own.

Anthony Lay

Anthony is an IT systems specialist and is capable of making complex systems work in very innovative ways.

He works in a coaching and consulting capacity with clients in the IT arena and has worked cross-sectorally in the public, private and 3rd sectors.

Anthony has a very good work ethic and is solid and reliable.

Mick McGuire

Mick is a Management and Leadership specialist and fronts the ILM side of the business. He is also an International sports Coach.

Mick delivers in a wide variety of subject fields and has worked across all sectors over the past 20 years and we are very confident in his approach.

Martin Bloomfield

Mark is a Communications Skills specialist and has presented and spoken all over the world across all sectors; he is also a Dyslexia Coach.

Martin has a very dynamic delivery style and his positive approach to skills development delivers results.

He is a very accomplished individual and is used to delivering solutions from SMEs through to large corporate organisations.

Fiona Porter

Fiona is a Management and Training Consultant supporting businesses in identifying and implementing both business and training solutions and advising on employment issues.

She has over 18 years experience in designing and delivering training programmes including the delivery of Management and CIPD programmes, as well as managing a number of projects within organisations.

Fiona has held a senior management position in a private company responsible for strategic, operational and personnel management and is also a Business Mentor for the Prince's Trust. She has a degree in Psychology and Postgraduate Diplomas in Labour Studies and Employment Law and is a Member of CIPD.

Martin Perry

Martin has over 10 years' experience in the IT industry and has trained on Microsoft Office applications for the last 5 years.

His IT training courses are geared to ensuring all delegates walk away with new skills regardless of their ability when they arrived. All courses are delivered in such a way that delegates continually use the applications throughout the course ensuring maximum hands on experience with numerous opportunities provided to recap on learning points.

Ben Woodthorpe

With a background in systems analysis and design Ben Woodthorpe is responsible for our Results Driven Systems Development services. A regional Step Award runner up, Ben has an Honours Degree in Information Systems Design. He employs a fresh and personable approach and has designed, implemented and supported a diverse range of systems

Ben’s experience and ability to reduce seemingly complicated situations into bite sized chunks enables the client to take an active role in the process. This collaborative approach to development ensures a system that is tailored to both the business requirements and the user needs ultimately resulting in an effective and accepted solution.
